Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian nations and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our golf components, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Golf Clubmaking Kits (once opened due to component integrity concerns)
  • Customized golf components (including specially ordered shafts or heads)
  • Golf Grips that have been installed or removed from packaging
  • Personalized items (such as engraved clubheads)

Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body:
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Refund Timeline

  • PayPal payments: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours
  • Credit card payments: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your financial institution)

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify the replacement item you want in your return request
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Original shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • We recommend using trackable shipping (DHL or FedEx) for returns

Clubmaking Professionals Note

For golf components purchased for professional clubmaking:

  • Inspect all items immediately upon receipt
  • Specialized components (clubheads, shafts, grips) must be returned in original, unaltered condition
